i want it to be like a travel blog. i am just concerned, that i wont have enough material to make posting consistent. my old blog was a mixture of travels, rants and opinions and unless you are interested in my life it was too much of everything. but that is how my mind and life works, like right now 9 other tabs are open, traffic comes in from all sides that unless i make sure the stop light works otherwise its a mind-blowing collision waiting to happen.
so i want to stream line. i have my secret-tell-all-rant-blog all set up. now i want something that I can share to the public. so here i am researching. my all time favorite blogs are Kyla Roma, A Cup of Jo and the flickr page cum photo blog of this creative woman called Roman Lily.
but i'm looking at the possibility of really making this blog like a travel journal. i have so many stories to tell the world.
i particularly like We Are Sole Sisters. they did what i had wanted to do, quit their jobs and travel for 6 months. well, i have something similar that i do. i didn't realize i was doing it until i looked at past photos and realized that every 2 years, since i started going to Sabah, I would take 2 months off and live there. but back to the topic (see how mind works, incoming traffic), 6 months of being on the road exploring different locations for Php 100,000. that is a piece of heaven for gypsy souls like me. and the best part is they got to write about it.
my netbook and hard drive has years-worth of material waiting to be written. some are too old that people may no longer be interested. the others as recent as my Feb-Apr Sabah hiatus.
one thing though that motivates me is that when i look back at my life i have so much to be thankful for. i can be daring, fearless and passionate that i want to infect the people around me to find their own journeys. and though i am older, i do not see myself ever giving that up.
i'd like to share my tales of dream catching and wandering.
